01What this is
These Terms of use govern airu.be and its waitlist, operated by SUN EATER SRL, registered at Avenue Louise 209A, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium, VAT/BTW BE 0794.677.052 ("we"). By using the site you accept them; if you disagree with any part, simply refrain from using the site.
02The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in the first production run, and nothing more. Your material and scent pick is an indication that guides how many of each we make. It creates no order, no reservation and no obligation to buy, and nothing is charged. We write once, when the first run is ready; you can leave the list at any time by replying to any of our emails.
03Intellectual property
The airu name, wordmark, photography and texts belong to SUN EATER SRL. You are welcome to browse and share links; reproducing the content for commercial use requires our written permission.
04Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and as intended. Automated scraping, bulk or fraudulent form submissions, and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.
05Product information
The first run is in preparation. Materials, scents, dates and prices shown on the site describe our current intent and may evolve until launch. The site and its content are provided "as is".
06Liability
To the extent Belgian law permits, SUN EATER SRL is liable only for direct damage caused by its intentional fault or gross negligence, and total liability connected to the site is limited to 100 EUR. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
07Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably belongs to the courts of Brussels, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
